This coffee was grown by small farmers in the mountainous region of Lenana, Central Kenya.
The coffee is brought to cooperatives, where it is then de-pulped, fermented, washed, and sundried on elevated drying tables. These processes give the end product a touch of bright acidity with chocolate and black cherry flavor notes.
